Meet Dave Todd

Dave grew up in Southwest Metro Denver and eventually settled in Parker and then Highlands Ranch, where he now resides. He graduated from Green Mountain High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. 

Dave spent the first part of his career in the IT industry as a software developer and later worked in management, where he had a penchant for not just overseeing his team and their projects but also assisting them in their professional development. So Dave decided to change course and put his time and passion toward helping others with the purchase and sale of their homes, often their largest asset. Dave comes from a large, close-knit family, most of whom still reside in the area. He learned to ski at a young age from parents who were passionate about the sport. In fact, Dave’s dad was instrumental in Colorado winning the bid for the 1976 Winter Olympics. 

Dave spent childhood springs and summers hiking, camping and fishing with both his family and Boy Scouts. When biking be-came a passion in later years, he and his mom trained for and completed Colorado’s famed Ride the Rockies bicycle tour. 

Dave learned much discipline from his days growing up in Colorado, and his respect for the outdoors comes from those early years. Dave can still be found skiing, hiking, fishing, biking and camping when he’s not busy with real estate. He’s also a big dog lover who spends free time at home with his three dogs.

Appreciation of the active lifestyle and the beautiful, varied geography is a common thread he shares with the people he serves.
