Solterra In Green Mountain | Prices Up 21%

Solterra in Green Mountain/Lakewood saw price improvement in their home values for the year ended 2021. Prices were up nearly 21% as the Green Mountain area continued to show strong favor with buyers. Additionally, the appeal of new and newer homes, contemporary floor plans and the close proximity to our Front Range and mountain areas has hit the spot with buyers and their checklist for a home. The average price was $1,012,668 at the end of the year up from $833,428 at the end of 2020. While sales were down from 2020 with 79 homes selling in 2021 versus 84 homes in 2020. Homes in the community range in size from 1,669 square feet to around 6,000 sqaure feet (finished living area), with between 2 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 6 bathrooms. These homes represent a range of price points and age but a common theme throughout the neighborhood is that of an Italian Tuscan village. The community was originally featured in the 2008 Denver Parade of Homes, showcasing some of the community’s luxury properties.
