Silverthorne Prices Up Across the Board

As we head into the peak selling/buying months in Summit County it is important to know that our mountain resort communities are holding strong on to the price gains made in the past and they continue to break new grounds here in the first part of 2022. One of my favorite places in Summit County is the Silverthorne area. With its proximity just off of I-70 and bisected by Colorado Highway 9. It offers an ideal and secluded feel away from the hustle and bustle of the ski resorts but with the practicality of being close for those sought-after powder days and the conveniences of shopping and dining nearby. Prices on residential properties, which includes condos, townhomes and single-family homes have seen an astounding 51.7% increase in prices over 2021. This just in the first 5 months of 2022. The average price of $1,472,808 is well above the price in 2021 year-end of $971,161. Land prices are also up, nearly 20% over 2021. The average price in Silverthorne in the first five months of 2022 is $542,200. With the ability for so many workers to conduct business remotely we are finding that many would rather live where they wish and that is often not close to the traditional “office”. Come explore Summit County and if you find it the playground you want to call home or maybe call a second home contact us today.
